Schools Are Supported Beyond the Building

Two regional roles coordinate Cabinet activity, program events, documentation, and school connection.

CSO Cabinet Coordinator

The regional support role holds Cabinet Meetings at least twice a year with CSOs in a geographic region.

CSO Regional Lead

The Regional Lead plans LTI and Cabinet Meetings, ensures Action Plans and Quarterly Reports are submitted, and makes an annual visit to every participating school.

  • Leadership Training Institute.
  • Regional Cabinet Meetings.
  • Program documentation support through the CSO Cabinet Coordinator and CSO Regional Lead structure.

What Is the Time Commitment?

The Advisor meets with CSOs at least twice a month. Students attend a minimum of two regional or statewide events per year in addition to LTI.

Who Coordinates Transportation?

The CSO Advisor coordinates transportation requests.

How Is Success Measured?

The program uses Action Plans, Quarterly Reports, and Reflections. No additional outcome metrics are claimed here.

How Does Regional Support Reach the School?

The CSO Regional Lead makes an annual visit to every participating school.
