Within one month after LTI, CSOs meet with their school team and CSO Advisor to develop a Final Action Plan proposal.

The approved proposal is shared with CSO International through the online platform by November 1.
Quarterly Reports document what CSOs have done and ask them to estimate how many people their work has impacted.
Quarter 1 is submitted at the Leadership Training Institute.
Quarter 2 is submitted at the Fall Cabinet Meeting.
Quarter 3 is submitted at the Spring Cabinet Meeting.
Quarter 4 is submitted at the End of Year Celebration.
After completing the Action Plan, each CSO writes a Reflection on how the plan was implemented. The Reflection is due April 1.
