A plain-language explanation of the information this site collects and how its public interactive tools work.
What we collect and why
The contact form collects your first and last name, email address, role, message, and—if you choose to provide them—your organization and area of interest. This information is collected so STEM@Skook29 and Schuylkill IU29 staff can understand and respond to your request.
A submitted message is sent by email to the designated IU29 contact through Resend, the site's email delivery provider. The current site does not place contact submissions in a separate site database. Authorized recipients may use the information to reply, coordinate requested support, and maintain ordinary correspondence records.
Do not submit student information. The form is not intended for student records or personally identifiable student information.
A conservative process
The site does not promise a specific retention period. Messages may remain in the receiving email system according to IU29's operational and records obligations. To ask how a submission is being handled or to request its deletion, email maceg@iu29.org. Whether a record can be deleted may depend on applicable records requirements.
Public interactive tools
Local, prewritten logic
Public interactive demos use prewritten logic that runs in your browser unless a tool clearly states otherwise. The current Lesson Hook Generator and EdTech Concierge do not send entered content to an AI service.
No student data needed
Neither tool requires student data. Do not enter names, IDs, grades linked to an individual, disability information, or other personally identifiable student information.
Links to external tools are provided as resources, not as district approval. Schools and staff must evaluate external tools under their district's privacy, security, procurement, and acceptable-use policies before using them with students or district data.
External links have their own policies
Registration links, external resources, and linked services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own privacy and security practices. Review those policies before submitting information. Questions about this statement may be sent through the contact form or to maceg@iu29.org.
